quiche you can make with only a cup and a few ingredients

enjoy this yummy breakfast you can make right in your home!

what you’ll need:

  • one egg (beaten)
  • two tablespoons of grated cheese
  • four tablespoons of flour (all purpose)
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/16 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • two tablespoons cheese
  • one tablespoon olive oil
  • three tablespoons milk
  • two tablespoons of water
  • spices (opt.)
  • a microwaveable mug
  • a mircowave

How-To:

  • (“pastry layer”) add the flour, salt, opt. spices, baking power + soda in your cup
  • mix in the oil and milk
  • (new layer) on top of this layer, add your egg, cheese, and water. mix.
  • microwave for 2 minutes, or until the egg is fully cooked and enjoy!!
